"WAS" a customer, ordered Xmas Eve catering for 3rd and final year. Brought food home to waiting guests to find ziti dried out with hardly any sauce. Then the hoagie tray was a complete joke, have pics of several of them with a single sliver of lettuce only in it,others with a tiny piece of meat!. So I called the next day and explained situation, girl said would have owner call me . Waited till next day and had to call again cause no return call. So "manager" says nothing she can do , " should have called rite away" come on really! I have guests waiting! I thought for sure being a regular customer they would make it right! 170.00 bucks for some of the worst prepared food we have had in quite awhile! NEVER AGAIN! Would have given 0
D) cut by a 2nd grader. Half of the pizza wasnt cut at all and the other half was cut into multiple shapes that, I'm guessing, were supposed to be triangles?
C) looking like someone else had ordered it and they covered it with mushrooms and reheated it to make it look fresh and then gave it to us
E) when we recut the pizza the best we could, it was mushy, which means it was undercooked the first time it was ordered or had been sitting around for quite some time before they pawned it off on us.
Disgusting.
The place has gone down hill. Pizza is different every time. I don't think i ever got the extra cheese i paid for over and over. The would just give me a random plain pie.
Love the pizza here. It's the closest I can get to my hometown pizza ❤️ everyone is always nice and kind here
We just ordered from here and what was brought to our house is disgusting. We were told that our food would be delivered in 30 minutes and an our later it showed up....
After a bug in the soup and another in the salad...we won't be going back there.
